Eggless Coffee Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS  
All purpose flour - 190 grams  
Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons  
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon  
Instant coffee powder - 1 tablespoon  
Warm water - 60 milliliters  
Milk - 120 milliliters  
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon  
Butter - 55 grams  
Powdered sugar - 150 grams  
Butter - 70 grams  
Instant coffee powder - 15 grams  
Powdered sugar - 70 grams  
Fresh cream - 30 grams  
Chocolate disk - for garnishing  
  
PREPARATION  
1. In a mixing bowl, add 190 grams all purpose flour, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder,1 teaspoon baking soda and mix t hem well.  
2. Keep aside.  
3. In another mixing bowl, add 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder, 60 milliliters warm water and mix it well.
4. Now, add 120 milliliters milk,1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix again.Keep aside.  
5. In another mixing bowl, add 55 grams butter and beat for 2-3 minutes using an electric mixer.
6. Now, add 150 grams powdered sugar and beat again.  
7. Then, add prepared coffee milk and beat till mix well.  
8. Add one-third of prepared flour mixture and beat again.  
9. Add the remaining flour mixture and beat until incorporated.  
10. Now, add the batter into cupcake pan cavities.  
11. Bake at 350°F/180°C for 15-20 minutes.  
12. In a mixing bowl, add 70 grams butter and beat well.  
13. Now, add 15 grams instant coffee powder and beat again.  
14. Add 70 grams powdered sugar and beat till mixes well.  
15. Add 30 grams fresh cream and beat again.  
16. Now, take a baked cupcake, apply prepared frosting on it.  
17. Garnish with chocolate disk.  
18. Serve.
